No contacts have opted out. Note for Scott - when a contact opts out of SMS, it will need to overrule SMS on for a policy. However, this is difficult to manage, because a random mobile phone cannot access our database (unless webhook is possible), and it may be that our SMS carrier turns it off at their end, and our database is stale.
